About these terms

These terms govern your use of Subfluent and form an agreement between you and Subfluent's individual operator. Questions or notices about these terms can be sent to himaxluo@gmail.com.

Using Subfluent

You must have the right to record or transmit the speech you process and must obtain any consent required from other speakers. Do not use Subfluent for unlawful surveillance, harassment, infringement, or processing content you are not authorized to handle.

Translation limitations

Automated transcription and translation can be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on the service as the sole source for medical, legal, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions. Review exported text before using or sharing it.

Accounts and availability

Keep access to your Google account secure. Reasonable usage limits may be enforced to protect service availability and control third-party processing costs. The service may change, experience interruptions, or be suspended for security and abuse prevention.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subfluent offers one plan, billed at $20 monthly or $192 annually, with the same features and a 14-day free trial. Stripe processes payment, and subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing interval until canceled. You can switch billing intervals or cancel through Billing in Settings; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Taxes may be added where required. Except where law requires otherwise, partial billing periods are not prorated or automatically refunded. Deleting your Subfluent account cancels an active subscription immediately and ends access.

Your content

You retain rights in content you submit. You authorize the service and its listed processors to handle that content only as needed to provide, secure, and operate Subfluent. You can export and delete saved transcripts from the product.

Disclaimers

Subfluent is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may update the service or these terms when reasonably necessary; material changes will be published here with an updated effective date. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the service.
